The Golf Club At Lansdowne is looking for candidates interested in working with children ages 7-12 for our summer Swing and Serve camps. The counselors will be responsible for assisting the professional staff with engaging the children in the camp activities, including golf, tennis, and swimming. The Swing and Serve camp will include up to 25 children per session and will be offered 4-days of the week (Monday through Thursday) every week starting June 16th and ending August 18th.
REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to interact with the children and develop relationships
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Pass pre-employment screenings and trainings as requested
• Must exhibit professionalism, pride in work, initiative, and a strong work ethic
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must have a valid driver permit or driver license
RESPONSIBILITIES
• The camp counselors will be responsible for supervision and welfare of assigned groups of children.
• Must be able to always maintain sight and sound of the children.
• Responsible for assisting the professional staff with preparation and clean-up of activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
Starting Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour depending on education and experience
