Responsible for the entire grounds of the club, including the direction and management of an agronomically sophisticated management program for the golf course, landscaping and trees. Responsible for the maintenance and construction of golf course features, providing general management direction to all the department employees, ensuring proper fiscal management, cost controls, capital and operational budgeting and fostering effective relationships and communication with the General Manager/Executive Committee, Golf Professional, Membership and other department heads. Maintain and manage irrigation system and fleet of golf course maintenance equipment.
4-year degree in Agronomy, or related field.
At least 15 years of progressive experience in Golf Course Management.
Current employment as a Golf Course Superintendent
