Job Title: Restaurant Servers
Position Overview:
· We are seeking friendly, attentive, and service-focused Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate delivers exceptional guest experiences by providing prompt, professional service and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Servers are responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greeting guests promptly and warmly, providing menus and answering initial questions.
· Present food and beverage options with thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials.
· Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system.
· Serve food and drinks in a timely, courteous manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
· Check in with guests throughout the meal to anticipate needs and resolve any concerns.
· Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash/credit transactions responsibly.
· Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables efficiently.
· Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to deliver seamless service.
· Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
· Uphold company policies and promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
· Previous serving experience preferred.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
· Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
· Basic math and cash-handling skills.
· Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
· Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
· Frequent bending, reaching, and navigating a busy dining area.
