- Expected Shift: 8AM – 4PM / Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
- Helps maintain communications and records for the house and barn operations
- Manages assigned projects as they relate to the club’s needs.

Job Summary
- Provide administrative support services to the General Manager and other staff members.
Job Tasks/Duties
- Answers the telephone; acts as a receptionist when necessary; assists with members’ inquiries and provides information about membership, special functions, etc.
- Takes reservations for club outlets and events as necessary.
- Assists with development of club newsletters and publications.
- Provide support for: daily reservations for shooting, dining, and lodging
- Provide club calendar maintenance support
- Assists in weekly update publishing, assist in pro shop ordering record keeping
- Work closely with other administrative staff to ensure all reciprocal requests are completed the day they are received
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.89 - $26.36 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 25 per week
