The National at Ave Maria is seeking a part-time associate to join our racquet sports pro shop team. We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and highly motivated individual who has experience in customer service. While knowledge of tennis and/or pickleball is preferred, it is not required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding pro-shop services, memberships, and events.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling
procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and retail area.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise.
- Provide information on tennis and pickleball programs, lessons, and schedules.
- Support pro-shop staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of tennis and pickleball preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
