Job Description:
Ensure our restrooms are clean, well-stocked, and welcoming throughout events. The ideal candidate will be friendly, proactive, and committed to providing a high level of service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in restrooms throughout events, including sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash.
Ensure restrooms are fully stocked with essential supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and tissues.
Greeting guests warmly and aiding as needed, such as handing out towels or toiletries.
Monitor restrooms regularly to address any issues promptly, such as spills, clogs, or supply shortages.
Report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate supervisor.
Always maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
Follow all the safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests.
Assist with other tasks as needed to support event operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a bathroom attendant, janitorial staff, or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning tasks.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
