Requirements:

Previous experience in lodging or hospitality industry preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest situations.
Proficiency in bilingual or multilingual communication is a plus.
Knowledge of front desk operations and phone etiquette.
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Manage reservations and ensure accurate data entry in the reservations system.
Operate a point of sale machine. Cash handling.
Assist with guest relations and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week
